We’ve all had to change the way we function in everyday life. Priorities for homeowners are also changing, with some remodeling plans being put on hold for now. The Design and Construction Industry is experiencing unchartered waters as well but most of us have adapted to the new “norm” while we get through this situation (read what some experts have to say about COVID-19 and the impact on Hawaii’s remodeling industry HERE).
For those homeowners that were on the cusp of starting the initial remodeling process and now quarantined in place, this is the time to pick up where you left off or to start thinking about your remodeling in depth. Gather your wish list items, browse through websites, and start contacting local companies to get more information to help with your plans.
Like most of us in the production/fabrication industry, we are considered an essential business. However, we’ve had to adjust the way we carry on day to day to make sure we are following guidelines to keep everyone safe. Although we are not meeting customers in person at our shop, we are offering other tools to stay connected.
Estimates for cabinets and countertops can be obtained via email by sending your plans/drawings for an initial budget. Viewing of cabinet samples and having virtual meetings can be scheduled via Zoom or FaceTime. Although these don’t replace the actual viewing of samples in person, they offer an alternative to get the discussion started while we wait for the green light to take in-office appointments again.
Come back to our website for updates or visit us through our multiple social media platforms.
